Came here during a trip to LV. My dining partner and I had a res for lunch, but it is not necessary, at least for weekdays. We opted to share the prix fix lunch menu - octopus, sea bream, and walnut cake. The house bread was warm and delicious, as well as the accompanying olive oil. Octopus dish was the highlight. The hummus beneath was also very rich and flavorful. We liked the sea bream very much. It was flavorful but not fishy. The dessert was solid. Service was kind and attentive. Ambiance is clean and crisp.

As we know everything on the strip is overpriced. Milos is no exception but let me tell you, if you're a seafood fan and are going to splurge this is a place that should be high on your list. Located inside Venetian, Milos serves up Mediterranean fare that is highly focused on their fish, and the fare is top notch. We sat at the bar to do drinks/apps and were blown away by what we had. The octopus came highly recommended and did not disappoint, one of the best preparations I've ever had. Milos special was also great, paper thin and crispy eggplant + zucchini with delicious dips. All of that would have been enough to get a top tier review, but the raw fish tasting somehow blew it all out of the water. I've been eating sushi/sashimi for decades and this was some of the freshest I've ever tried and each variety was expertly seasoned. It's not cheap but as a splurge it's so worth it. Great cocktails, wine offerings & super friendly service as well - don't miss this one

Came here for lunch and did their lunch price menu! Overall experience and the ambiance wasn't bad and I would want to give this place another chance but for dinner time! For starters, I got the octopus because I had been craving it & the octopus wasn't overly cooked where it was chewy and tough to chew. My boyfriend got the tuna tartare and it was really refreshing and seasoned as well. Second dish I ordered the dorade royale and it was Wally good. However just be careful of the fish bones! This is especially good if you are a huge fan of capers as well. My boyfriend astakoma (lobster pasta) and while it was good, it seems like the portion wasn't big at all. And for some reason the food came out kind of cold. :/ Lastly, we both got the karydopita because it seemed to be the most popular desert here per Yelp reviews... I gotta say it was one of the grossest things I tried.. I really tried to like it, but it was just very bitter and off putting. And I love walnuts! Maybe you need wine or a unique palate to enjoy it.

Amazingly delicious Lunch Prefixe Menu includes their popular dishes: octopus, sea bream and lobster pasta. . Service was exceptional by our wait staff; helpful, friendly and accommodating. This places is beautiful. I can imagine myself eating some place like this in Greece. You have to see it for yourself. They close between service so call before you go.

I loved this spot! I sat at the bar and had the $45 lunch special. Absolutely delicious!. The service was outstanding and the atmosphere lovely. I didn't like that I was charged $5 for my dessert choice, but the other courses were well worth the cost. Highly recommended!

Wonderful dinner at Milos! Fresh seafood, vibrant ambiance and overall a great time. I had a couple friends visiting and was recommended to try Milos. Had reservations for dinner, we arrived a bit earlier than our intended dinner time, the host suggested we grab a drink at the bar. Bar staff weren't the best- I won't let this ruin my review though. After some time, we were got seated at our table and was immediately greeted by our waiter. He quickly went through the concept of the restaurant and swiftly but very informatively went over some recommendations. A few highlights during my dinner: The Milos Special, when I read the description, it wasn't very attractive but I'm so glad our waiter gave us the extra nudge to try it because it was delicious! Of course you can't go wrong with any fried but it was simple, delightful and a great shareable appetizer. Now, the "showmanship" of dining at Milos is the seafood stand towards the kitchen where you get to choose your own fish. It was fascinating to walk up there look at their "catches of the day" and possibly choose the fish I will be eating. Yes, some might not enjoy that but I liked it. Oysters were fresh, I was actually not a fan of the vinegar it came with, it wasn't really a mignonette sauce either... It just wasn't for me but the oysters were sweet enough that it didn't need anything. We also ordered the whole grilled fish, and it was gorgeous. Cooked to perfection; topped with some parsley and capers. Simple but delicious. I had a great time here and I plan to return in the near future. Maybe I'll give the bar another try...
